We have found that many of our movement-based remediation activities seamlessly integrate with our traditional games. These games are versatile, easy to teach, adaptable to different spaces and equipment, and can be adjusted in complexity to accommodate various participants. “Games Adda” is an initiative at Aikya where members of our community gather to immerse themselves in the charm, innocence, and timelessness of these traditional games. The event attracts participants from various age groups. We kick off with a Drum Circle, followed by the games, which have proven to foster camaraderie among the players. We also collaborate with apartment communities, senior citizen communities, and those with special needs to promote these games. Please reach out to us for more information.
