Aikya, a Waldorf-inspired school began with a vision of a community-driven initiative that holds human values and simplicity at its core, while catering to the physical, emotional, and mental needs addressed along with academic excellence.

This Holistic learning space is created with the intention of Humanizing Education.
To inculcate the values that allow them to view the world as one single place or see themselves as world Citizens.
Our Story
Our Foundation was initiated by a group of parents who come from diverse working environments - corporate jobs to government service,stock market expertise to medical practice. Our aspiration was to create a nurturing environment where each child is valued and gently handled, a place where they can discover their own potential, a place where they are given wings of self expression to explore their own horizons.What started off as conscious parenting steadily became our inner calling. And so we took the plunge and established the Aikyatva Community Foundation (a Section 8 company) and over time, its verticals: Aikya Waldorf Inspired School and a Remediation center for children with special needs.
Thus began this journey of Hope, a journey of Trust, and belief in ourselves and the Community we were setting out to build.
In the future, we hope to include centers to enable teacher training, and a vocational centre for people with special needs under the umbrella of our foundation.
We are happy to have given wings to this initiative and we invite like-minded people to join us in our wonderful journey.
Our Vision
Our Vision is to foster an ecosystem that supports the growth and development of strong individuals who come either as givers or receivers in this Learning Space.
We shall strive to find creative solutions to fulfill this vision and make this journey fun-filled and enriching for everyone in the community.
Our Quest
Through our journey, we hope to answer some of these questions we have:
How does education equip an individual?
How can we integrate physical, emotional and mental development of the child into their education?
Is Adulthood an expression of how childhood has been?
Why and how is childhood the epicentre of Individual growth and development?
Social Structure
Aikya exists and a collaboration of the community with parents and teachers partnering with the administration of the organisation.
